Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your service and purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on the EDC Boutique's return/exchange policy.

• There are no returns or refunds for services rendered by The EDC Boutique. 
• If you are not in love with a corset holster or carry purse you received as a result of your service with The EDC Boutique, the exchange must meet the following criteria. 

Exchange Policy

Exchange:

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached. 

Exchange Process:

To exchange an item, please contact customer service at hello@edcboutique.com with the subject line "Exchange"  and photos of the product you want to exchange attached. The EDC Boutique reserves the right to review all requests for exchange and deny all requests for exchanges before issuing a Exchange Merchandize Authorization (EMA) number. After receiving your EMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your exchange to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds:

After receiving your exchange and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow for thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
